Gary W. Bolis, Jr.
President and CEO of Bolis Properties, Gary W. Bolis Jr.,
has been involved in major land development partnerships since
1986, successfully transforming raw land into vibrant communities.
During his career, Gary has developed over $2,000,000,000
worth of real estate involving single-family, town home, mixed-use
and commercial retail properties. His credentials include that
of President and CEO of Penn Land Development, Inc., Penn International
Land Company, Inc., and Co-owner and Partner of Davidson and
Bolis Real Estate.
Actively involved in the communities he serves, Gary remains
a major supporter of many charitable efforts and prominent
civic leaders. He also served on the Board of Trustees
for St. David’s Nursery School in addition to numerous community
volunteer activities.
Gary, his wife Natasha and their two children reside in suburban
Philadelphia.
