National Green Building Standards
Bolis Properties mission of Developing a Better Community™ starts with planning each development
in coordination with the guidelines set by the National Green Building Standards
and the LEED Neighborhood Development Rating System which integrates the principles
of smart growth and green development. We strive to meet the accepted high levels
of environmentally responsible, sustainable development standards for a LEED
certified Neighborhood Development which is a collaboration among the USGBC,
the Congress for New Urbanism and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
